Manchester Thunder Softball Club

The Club

Manchester Thunder Softball Club was founded in the summer of 2006. Since that time, we have built our reputation on being an extremely fun and social team while also giving opportunities for new and experienced players. This has now led to the club currently having 5 teams playing in the Manchester Softball League. We have also established our NSL team which is the highest level of club softball in the UK by qualifying the last 2 national championships.

 

The club is always looking for new players to join the club, be it expereinced players or people looking to play for the first time. We offer structured training and access to equipment required to start playing the game.

 

Throughout the season the club attends a wide variety of tournaments held around the UK. Taking teams of varying abilities to grow their softball experience and have the opportunity to play against teams of a higher level to improve their game.

 

We are also proud that we have had 3 members of our club represent Great Britain and have another member as part of the Great Britain development team.
